The agreement
These terms govern your use of Solara. By signing up, you agree to them. If something here doesn't feel fair, tell us — these terms exist to make the relationship clear, not to trap anyone.
Subscription
Subscriptions are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We'll export all your data on request, in standard formats, free of charge.
Data ownership
Your data is yours. Always. We process it on your behalf, and you can take it with you whenever you leave. We'll never sell it, mine it for advertising, or use it to train models without your explicit, informed consent.
Uptime
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. If we fall below it, you get service credits — automatic, no need to ask. Status page at status.solarahotels.app.
Liability
Standard limitation: liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months. We carry professional indemnity insurance and are happy to share the certificate.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Solara means you accept the new terms.
