Who we are

Solara is operated by Solara B.V. We provide hospitality management software to hotels. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

From hoteliers using Solara: name, email, role, hotel details, and usage telemetry (which features you use, page-load times, errors).

From hotel guests checked in via Solara: only what's required to operate the hotel — name, contact details, ID/passport data where legally required, stay history. Hotel-guest data belongs to the hotel; we are a processor, not a controller.

Where we store it

EU-region servers (Frankfurt, primary; Amsterdam, replica). We never transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA without standard contractual clauses in place.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@solarahotels.app and we'll respond within 30 days.
